Requesting Repair Status

If you have a product being repaired, you can telephone us. If you took your product to a shop for repair, you can visit the shop and ask there what the status is of your repair is.

Mobile telephones

By using the screen at the bottom of this page, you can request the repair status of your mobile telephone. This only works if you sent your device to Dynafix B.V. in Nuth. To obtain the status, enter the required details (IMEI number, damage claim number, repair number, etc).

If you sent your mobile telephone mobile directly to Harmony Service Center, you can contact us by telephone to request the repair status. If it then transpires that we have sent the device on to the repairer, you can request the repair status using the request screen below.
